Shipping policy

At this time, Arbor Moon only accepts orders within the United States.

Due to a high volume of orders, tracking information is typically updated within 5 business days after your order is placed. During especially busy periods, processing may take longer. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully prepare each shipment.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled for any reason. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Return Policy and send the item back promptly after delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Arbor Moon, we are happy to offer a refund. We only accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

If your package arrives with any visible damage or packaging issues, please take clear photos before opening the package so we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Any return that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original shipping address.
